University No Contact Directive

The Office of Access and Equity can implement a No Contact Directive should your experience include an incident of sex-based misconduct. Otherwise, the Office of the Dean of Students can implement a No Contact Directive. This directive requires both parties not to contact one another in any way, including in person, via e-mail, text messaging, any method of electronic or direct communication. This directive also includes third parties acting on the person’s behalf.

For more information or for assistance with obtaining a No Contact Directive
through the University, please contact Case Management or the Office of Access and Equity.
