Please fill out the following information to request a meeting with Sarah Hoffert, Case Manager- Interpersonal Violence Specialist.
You do not have to describe any details of your situation or during your meeting with Sarah. Meeting with Sarah will provide you an opportunity to understand available resources and options. Sarah is not considered a confidential resource- depending on what you share with her, she may need to inform the University's Title IX Coordinator, Ellen Grulke.
