Interpersonal Violence

Josh Cutchens is responsible for overseeing institutional compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, and other federal and state laws and mandates. The Coordinator provides leadership and support to all institutional Title IX efforts including, but not limited to, policy and procedure development and maintenance, investigation oversight, federal and state compliance, prevention, training, and response management.
